Significantly improved performance levels
Usually left to the concern of the IT Manager, the performance levels of a system can make a significant difference to the ease of use and overall acceptance of a new system.

Following extensive benchmark testing combining the software improvement with running the Enterprise system on a quad-core machine rather than a dual-core machine has resulted in some very exciting results.
When comparing the overall performance of Version 9 against Version 10, we found the latest version to be more than twice as fast in typical use. Furthermore, when copying and pasting a complete project containing around 300 tasks, Version 10’s performance dramatically reduced the time by a staggering 87%.
Other tests show the overall performance of Version 9 on a dual-core machine with 20 users and 80,000 tasks is very similar to that of 60 users with 120,000 tasks on a quad-core machine using Version 10. In other words, the performance enhancements in Version 10 enable 3 x as many users to process 33% more data faster and more efficiently in a multi-processor environment.
It is worth noting that whilst multi-core and multi-processor technologies have been developed over the years, many software solutions are unable to take advantage of these performance improvements without major rework.
