Asta Teamplan Express
Teamplan Express is the exciting new project and resource management software solution designed for smaller teams. It is the ‘ready-to-go’ version of the proven Asta Teamplan solution.
The Teamplan Express system includes:

- 12 months help desk support by phone and email
Teamplan Express is a project and resource management software solution that gives you complete visibility over all aspects of your projects. It enables you to plan and manage all aspects of your projects from one central database, ensuring that all project work is properly co-ordinated.
Teamplan Express has the same high quality software, training and support as Asta Teamplan. The difference is that Teamplan Express is set-up with a recommended project structure, nine built-in reports and a comprehensive manual that guides you through our recommended process for setting up and managing your projects. The project structure, reports and manual are based on our experience of implementing project management systems for small and mid-size businesses over the last 21 years. This means that by using Teamplan Express you ‘fast track’ your organisation’s project management capabilities by using a structure and process that has been thoroughly tried and tested. What’s more, the software is completely flexible, so it can be customised still further to your requirements, should you wish.
There are four elements to the Asta Teamplan Express solution:
1. Asta Teamplan software:
Provides you complete visibility over all aspects of your projects including resource utilisation, progress status, performance against budget and full project cost control. Built-in reports include:
* Project status overview
Highlights any projects that are falling behind with a RAG (red, amber, green) status which is based on actual variance against the baseline plan
* Upcoming work
Shows how much work is scheduled for each department or individual for any selected period.
* Resource utilisation
Shows the number of actual hours worked compared to the plan by team member or department.
2. Installation:
An Asta engineer will visit your premises and install the software on your server and PCs.
3. Training:
Our experienced training consultants deliver hands-on training at your offices. The training covers both the software and also our proven implementation process, ensuring you get maximum benefit from Teamplan Express.
4. Help desk Support:
Our UK-based team provides unlimited help desk support by phone and email during standard office hours for 12 months.
