Asta Development brings Teamplan Express to
Project Challenge and BPPM
Asta Development will be exhibiting at the key trade shows Project Challenge and BPPM in London and Birmingham this autumn. The exhibitions are ‘a must’ for all business professionals seeking to optimise their business performance through more effective use of project and programme management.
This year Asta has a fully interactive stand at both shows with experts on hand to give software demonstrations of Asta Teamplan and the newly launched Teamplan Express. Teamplan Express is Asta’s new "ready-to-go" project and resource management software solution that has been designed specifically for smaller teams. The software comes pre-set with a range of templates, resources and calendars – essentially mirroring best practice project management processes typically found within small and medium-size businesses.
Teamplan Express is based on the successful Asta Teamplan software and is priced to be attractive for smaller businesses with two licensing options, including a 14 user system, implementation and training at an ‘all in’ price of £8,500 + VAT.
Project Challenge, the UK’s largest dedicated event for Project, Programme, Process and Resource management, gives attendees the opportunity to get up-to-date with all of the latest products like Teamplan Express. There are over 100 organisations exhibiting and this year there are free seminars and Solution’s Presentations organised across the two days which present great learning opportunities for visitors to the show.
Asta’s Sales Director, Paul Bamforth, is delivering a Solution’s Presentation on Getting Timesheets to Work. From Paul’s experience he has found that timesheets have an important part to play in effective project and resource management, however often the prospective timesheet users are reluctant to adopt them because of their "Big Brother" connotation.
Paul’s presentation at Project Challenge will explore the reasons behind these negative attitudes and the benefits timesheets offer both organisations and individuals, especially when they are linked directly into project plans. The session will then look at practical ways of removing the stigma and getting timesheets accepted culturally, including a number of real-life examples.
Both trade shows are very popular events and this year promises to be no exception.
Project Challenge is at London Olympia from 19th-20th September and Asta can be found at Stand 61. Paul Bamforth is presenting on Wednesday 19th September at 11.30. Click here to register for Project Challenge.
BPPM is on from 17th–18th October at NEC Birmingham and Asta can be found on Stand number BP95. Click here to register for BPPM.
