Portfolio management with Asta Portfolio Reporter is an optional part of the Asta Teamplan solution. It is designed for people who want to group projects and manage them as a portfolio, rather than at project or programme level.
Asta Portfolio Reporter provides full visibility of the status of projects, resources and costs via a web browser and enables you to report on progress across the project portfolio.
The reports present information in a series of interactive graphs and tables. You define the projects you want to include in each portfolio, and can report on any number of portfolios.
You can also choose the parameters to report on (i.e. dates, projects, resources) and drill-down to interrogate the data in more detail.
Asta Portfolio Reporter is supplied with a series of standard portfolio management reports, including portfolio dashboard, KPI reports, critical milestone reports and cost reports.
However it is also simple and easy for non-technical users to create their own bespoke portfolio management reports.
