Asta Teamplan customers with support contracts have access to unlimited technical support via email or phone 01844 263362.
Please note Asta Powerproject users should call the separate support team on 01844 261609.
The support team is available every day (except UK national holidays) from 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm Friday.
Each Asta Teamplan customer has a dedicated Post Implementation Support Consultant who works closely with the Implementation Consultant and Trainer to provide seamless support at all times.
Supported Asta Teamplan customers are also invited to attend our Free User Forums.
